1. Agreement to Terms

By using ATSResumeScanner.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

ATS Resume Scanner provides CV/resume analysis to estimate compatibility with Applicant Tracking Systems. We provide a score, keyword analysis, and formatting recommendations to help job seekers improve their CVs.

3. Pricing

  • Free scan: Basic ATS score and 2 missing keywords
  • Full Report: £19 — All keywords, formatting fixes, full ATS parse view
  • Cover letter add-on: +£9

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

4. Payment and Delivery

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to your full report. We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital reports, all sales are final once you have accessed the full report. The free scan allows you to preview your score and sample issues before purchasing.

6. Important Disclaimer

Our service provides indicative results, not guarantees. Every ATS system is different. While our analysis is based on common ATS parsing patterns and published research, we cannot guarantee that implementing our recommendations will result in your CV passing any specific employer's ATS. Our statistics are sourced from published industry research and are cited where used.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATSResumeScanner.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Upload only CVs you have the right to share
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Review recommendations carefully before implementing

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your CV. We retain ownership of the report format, algorithms, and website content. You may not resell or redistribute our reports.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
